TRIBUTES:

This is a tributes page to things that I think should have their own little spot on my website.

MeG CaBoT

Meg Cabot wins this tribute for being one of the best authors. Her books YA books are great. My favorites are: The Princess Diaires Series and All American Girl. She writes with humor and has devoloped great characters!

Blink 182!

Blink 182 rocks. They are a great band and have equally great music. Travis Barker is on Drums, Mark Hoppus is on Bass, and Tom DeLonge is on Guitar. Check 'em out! NEW CD: Feeling this

Check 'em out @ Blink182.com

The Whoope Spot Website

The Whoope Spot Website is devoted to Velma Kelly and Catherine Zeta-Jones. This site rules! Caitlin has a great website. If you are a fan of CHICAGO the movie and Velma Kelly go to this fantastic website. She has Velma FanFic and FanArt. Thats was I call a good Fan Website. Much better than the Velma Kelly FanListing.

Start the car I know a whoopee spot...

WORDS: I'd also put CHICAGO THE MOVIE under tributes (maybe I will in the future) but I thought that this website was a good enough chicago portion for now.

School of Rock: the movie

School of Rock the movie is just a great movie. You'll laugh when the kids turn from prep-school goody-two-shoes to great rockers in plaid! You'll get a kick out of Jack Black in a school uniform and when the kids perform School of Rock you'll feel great inside. This is one of the best movies I have seen all year and any year! If you haven't seen this great movie stop playing outside and reading a book and breathing in fresh air; GO TO THE MOVIE THEATER, BUY A PACK OF CANDY, AND ENJOY THE MOVIE!

Official Website: School of Rock

Major credits of the Movie: Jack Black, Mike White, Joan Cusack, Rebecca Brown, Joey Gaydos, Kevin Alexander Clarke, and Robert Tsai. (some Miranda Cosgrove, Maryam Hassan, Aleisha Allen, Caitlin Hale.)

The Rocky Horror Picture Show

This is such a good movie. The play is equally as good and I don't think that they ruined it by making a movie because it was a lot of the same cast as the original show. If you havent seen this cult classic then you should! Get of your butt and rent it!

"The internet's largest Rocky Horror Site": Cosmo's Factory

Starring: Barry Bostwick, Susan Sarandon, Tim Curry, Little Nell, Meat Loaf, Patricia Quinn, Richard Obrien, Peter Hinwood, and Charle's Grey.

WORDS: Don't miss the soundtrack either! My Personal favs: THE TIME WARP and SCIENCE FICTION and The floorshow songs(2/3)

THE SIMS computer Game

The Sims is a great game that is amazingly fun to play. I got sucked into the sims around september of 2002. Once you start you cannot let go. I own all the expansion packs except for Sims Makin Magic and Superstar cause Makin Magic isnt out on mac yet. I love the sims and seeing stories on the sims exchange. I also love downloading off of websites and making stories with my sims.

Rudy Boesch

Rudy has such amazing spirit all the time. He was just voted out of Survivor Allstars last night (2/5/04) unfairly. The other survivors on his team thought that they were losing because of Rudy. But Rudy did his best in challenges unlike Jenna Lewis! He is 75 year old Navy Seal veteran and has already played Survivor once. I think that as long as he could make it they should have kept him. He deserved that. He was definatley at least 20 years older than the rest of the Survivors and didn't complain at all. He even drank water that could have been infected with parasites that would put you in a coma! For this I am recognizing Rudy Boesch, the oldest and most deserving survivor ever. (Rupert is really deserving too)

Mad Caddies

The Caddies are such an awesome band. The mixture of instruments rocks. They have great songs and great ability to perform. I know the father of the trumpet player so thats how I got to know them. I have Duck and Cover and Rock the Plank.

Alexandria LaFaye

This month's tribute goes to Alexandria Lafaye because her writing is wonderful. Even though I have yet to finish Dad in Spirit it still makes me feel good. She is the only other author (aside from Meg Cabot and maybe Garth Nix) that can do this. Plus she helped me out by reviewing a short story for a contest. Thanks Alexandria Lafaye!
